Decorating on a Dime

Welcome to my humble abode! We've come a long way in this town home of ours.  Every floor has a little of this and a little of that going on.  There's barely anything left for me to decorate. Once in a season, I like to change things up a bit by switching around what I already have at home.  What's in the kitchen may end up in the living room, what's up stairs may come down stairs and vice-versa.  ALWAYS check to see what's at home first and what can be switched around before going to buy something new. Here's a tour of my living room.  The bae surprised me one day, Mothers Day week to be exact with hard wood floors.  Like really, I know.  Who'd expect to go to work one day and come back home to carpet in your front lawn and hard wood floors in the living room. I seriously fussed him out in the car " You mean to tell me we had a flood and he didn't call me", only to walk in the house and see why the carpet was pulled up. Awwwwwwww

 So do you see those circle things on the wall just on the outside of the main painting.  Yeah...I just so happen to have stolen those from my bedroom room walls. If you look at pic with carpet its not there, then after with the hardwood its there.  The cozy feel that carpets bring are real, however, the airiness is awesome without.  Still in the process of finding a deep chocolate rug, but to no avail.
